About Stacey C. Palmer, Esq.

Stacey C. Palmer, a native of St. Louis, is a seasoned professional with a background in both law and finance. She graduated from Truman State University in 1994 with a degree in Finance.  Stacey then pursued her Juris Doctorate at Notre Dame Law School, graduating in 1997.

She spent 17 years in Big Law at Reed Smith in Pittsburgh where she had a practice that included real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financings, general commercial contracts and investment management.
Since leaving Reed Smith, she has been an entrepreneur.  She purchased a bookkeeping franchise where she helped many clients become more profitable through her business advisory services.  She also started a law firm where she was able to bring her Big Law skills to assist small and medium sized businesses in business formation, general commercial contracts, IP licensing, employment contracts, business purchases and sales and by providing outside general counsel services.  More recently, she became a title agent and started Orange Settlement Services, Ltd. where she provides settlement services and title insurance for residential real estate transactions and commercial real estate transactions.
Throughout her professional journey, Stacey has been a creative attorney and entrepreneur and has demonstrated a commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of their legal matters. With a career in law and business spanning several decades, she continues to make a positive impact by leveraging her skills and knowledge to support individuals and businesses in achieving their goals.
Beyond her legal practice, Stacey is an active member of the community by being involved in the sports activities of her three sons in the Mars Area and St. Kilian Parish School, Central Catholic High School and North Catholic High School.  She serves on the Board of her Homeowners Association and the Butler County Republican Women.  She is also actively involved in conservative politics because she believes deeply in the need
to save our Constitutional Republic.
